Bob Williams, CPA, is founder and owner of Innovative Financial Results, LLC, bringing over 30 years of applied business experience. With significant strategic and operational experience, he has held key roles in corporate finance, tax strategies, banking relations, process improvement initiatives, cost savings and IT. What sets Bob apart is his extensive knowledge of corporate and personal financial planning as a result of his Executive and Senior Management roles working with privately owned companies. His goal is to provide the highest standards of financial and tax planning for corporate, as well as individual clients.
Pro-active tax and financial planning are at the core of his philosophy to always stay one step ahead. He focuses on keeping businesses and individuals up-to-date with tax law changes, financial opportunities and potential liabilities. His clients receive a cohesive business and personal plan, which includes business/individual financial and tax strategies, estate planning, asset protection, lease agreements, related party arrangements, insurance, business succession and other critical financial documentation.
Bob is a current member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, including memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Tax Section and Personal Financial Planning Section. His memberships also include the American Mushroom Institute and the Agribusiness Committee of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also the author of numerous articles which have appeared in news and industry publications.
A long-time resident of Southern Chester County, Pennsylvania, Bob graduated from West Chester University with a B.S in Accounting. His service on the Board and committees of numerous charities and non-profits over the years continues to provide him with personal fulfillment. With his wife and four children’s support, Bob volunteers at local fundraising events as a drummer with a local band. An avid and enthusiastic Ping-Pong player, Bob enjoys playing with his neighbors and can often be found at the Chinese-American Table Tennis Club.
